Our exclusive Leadership Program accelerates your training and develops strong leadership skills.  Our unique and effective program is created and designed by a global leadership and motivational trainer.  This interactive practical program combined with Ventura ATA’s training is the ultimate for our students and families.

The Leadership Program was designed for juniors and adults having the desire to train at a more intense level and accept greater responsibility. They are distinguished with special uniforms and receive advanced level training in:

• Taekwondo – Participate in creative forms, demo teams, tournament competition, and more!
• Weapons –  Learn to use creative weapons and have access to special seminars.
• Life Skills – Daily activities to develop discipline, respect, courtesy, perseverance, and all ATA Life Skill training.
• Leadership Training – Unique class activities are implemented to develop class management skills, public speaking, powerful communication, making positive decisions, and more!
• Xtreme Martial Arts
